As Executive Vice President, Chief Innovation, Strategy and Transformation Officer, Georgia oversees strategic planning and governance, Research & Development, New Platforms initiatives, Rich’s Corporate Venture Fund, the growth of Rich’s f’real business, as well as developing our innovation capabilities around the world.
Georgia earned both her MBA and bachelor’s degree in accounting from Canisius College. She and her husband Bob live in Lancaster, NY and have two grown children.
Georgia joined Rich’s in 1991 and has served in several senior leadership roles across international finance and global supply chain, most recently as EVP of Global Supply Chain and Technology. Prior to Rich’s, she spent four years at EY (formerly Ernst & Young).
Committed to advancing and empowering women at all levels, Georgia has been a fierce advocate for gender-balanced leadership. She served as the co-chair of Rich’s OWN (Our Women’s Network) Advisory Board for nearly a decade and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Girls Education Collaborative.
